Roots Salon & Day Spa Reviews

I treated myself to a Hydro-Glow Facial with Haley for my birthday, and I'm so glad I did! As a baker, I spend a lot of time in front of hot ovens, and my skin definitely pays the price. This was my first visit to Roots Salon & Day Spa, and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. My Uncle used to sling auto parts in that old metal building, so I couldn't imagine it as a spa! They have completely transformed it into a peaceful little retreat. The treatment room was beautiful, calming, and filled with the sounds of a waterfall and soft music that made it easy to relax. Haley walked me through every step of the Hydro-Glow Facial, explained what each part did, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and luxurious. I left feeling refreshed, glowy, and just...happy to exist. If you've been thinking about booking an appointment, this is your sign. Haley is wonderful, and I can't recommend her enough!

I absolutely love Roots Salon! Bostyn does my nails and pedicures, and in my opinion, there is truly no one better — always detailed, gentle, and consistent. 💅✨ They also carry Surface hair products (my favorite!), and every time I walk in, the entire team is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Roots Salon for anyone looking for great service, great people, and a great experience!

Gel manicure did not last the weekend got it on Friday. Started shipping on Monday. Would not recommend

Took my 4.5 yr old granddaughter. We had mani/pedi together. Three weeks later she still has nail polish on her nails! Awesome time!

Worst manicure I have ever had. Bubbling, chipping on side and this is after two days. Already have a chip on the side of a nail?. Did not brush off grinding powder after each use. Said I could come back to get it fixed but it should have been done correctly in the first place. When people ask what happened to my French manicure.... I tell them Ashley at roots. Spent a lot of money and left a great tip. Only to have my nails look like this. Now I have to go pay good money to get them fixed. Two stars. One for the cleanliness of the business and the upscale look of the business.
